The site is located on the west of the village, on a hillside overlooking Loch nan Ceall, with views of the Rhu peninsular and the Isles of Eigg and Muck. The site is close to village amenities; the houses will lie between the shop and the primary school.

Affordability: 16 homes are provided for affordable social rent. 4 homes are provided for shared equity low cost home ownership. 2 plots are provided for the Rural Home Ownership Grant (RHOG).
Allocation: Properties for affordable social rent will be allocated to applicants of the Highland Housing Register. Properties for shared equity sales are administered by Lochaber Housing Association and will be allocated to eligible LIFT applicants. The 2 plots are administered by the Highlands Small Communities Housing Trust (HSCHT) and will be allocated to eligible RHOG applicants.
