advice, support & assistance to help elderly and/or
disabled homeowners (or someone in the house who is)
repair, improve or adapt their homes in order that they can
live in comfort and safety in their own communities.
The service is available to owner-occupiers, private
tenants and crofters who are aged 60 or over or who
have a disability. Grants may be available from the local
authority to fund the work.
