Lochaber Housing Association aims to build houses which make a real contribution to the quality of life of its tenants, sharing owners and the wider community.

The role of our development department is:

• To procure land for building new homes
• To deliver new homes for rental and low cost home ownership
• To purchase existing houses, renovate to quality standards and provide for rental
• To administer the Rural Home Ownership Grant in Lochaber on behalf of Communities Scotland
