Development
Lochaber Housing Association aims to build houses which make a real contribution to the quality of life of its tenants, sharing owners and the wider community.
The role of our development department is:
- To procure land for building new homes
- To deliver new homes for rental and low cost home ownership
- To purchase existing houses, renovate to quality standards and provide for rental
- To administer the Rural Home Ownership Grant in Lochaber on behalf of Communities Scotland
