PAINTER (2 POSTS)

Lochaber Housing Association has recently set up a subsidiary company to provide a first class repairs and maintenance service to its tenants in the Lochaber area.

As part of further expansion we are looking to recruit two further posts of:

Painter & Decorator

£23,896 per annum

To work as part of the maintenance team covering the areas of reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance.  This will involve working within tenants’ homes, and having excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidates will be able to work flexibly within a team, and also be able to work on their own initiative.

They will be qualified to City & Guilds or equivalent level.

A full clean driving licence is essential for these posts and an Enhanced Disclosure check is also required.

These posts offer a 25 days fixed annual leave and 15 days public holiday.
