Lochaber Housing Association is a registered charitable housing association, with over 800 properties across Lochaber with a significant new build development programme. Our aim is to help sustain and develop thriving communities through the provision of good quality, affordable housing opportunities and services across Lochaber.
LHA Property Services (LHAPS) was set up in 2009 as a subsidiary to provide a maintenance service for tenants of Lochaber Housing Association.
A new post of Operations Lead has been created within the organisation to enhance and support the provision of our maintenance services for our tenants. The appointed candidate will have a strong technical background with experience of delivering maintenance programmes. They will also hold excellent management skills and strong customer values and be able to evidence effecive customer service and culture.
In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package including:
- A salary range of £45,505 - £53,864 per annum (depending on experience)
- A 37.5 hour week
- A pension scheme with 5.7% employer contribution
- A holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum
A full clean driving licence is essential for this post, as is a Level 1 Disclosure Check.
